Win With Words Online is a revelation and vision of Rennu Dhillon, founder and owner of the award winning accelerated learning centers, Genius Kids Inc. (www.geniuskidsonline.com) & Win With Words  (www.winwithwords.info). Genius Kids is now a fast growing national franchise in the United States. Win With Words Online Curriculum and License is a separate entity owned by Rennu Dhillon personally. The Win With Words curriculum is available as a licensed curriculum locally and internationally.

Win With Words Online is an independent online portal offering easy and effective lessons to develop public speaking, communication, confidence and eloquence in children of all ages. Each learning lesson is cleverly crafted and storyboarded whilst being easily navigable, for any instructor to be able to teach effective communication skills to their students. Referred to as "Ms Rennu's TLC Recipes", students will master the various techniques of speaking, engaging with others around them, writing & delivering speeches & presentations, class participation & social etiquette & manners.

Lessons for all ages from 3-17 are available in various levels. The public speaking curriculum referred to as TLC -Think Lead and Communicate with Tender Loving Care  focuses  on improving confidence, speech, overcoming shyness and stage fear,  a one-stop shop for children of all ages to engage in learning how to become effective leaders and speakers. Genius Kids Learning Centers in the United States have won several local and national awards and Dhillon has been recognized for her outstanding and innovative contribution to education and literacy, featured on CNNmoney.com and other global and local networks. Dhillon was recently awarded Outstanding 50 Asian American in Business 2009 and Most Creative Professional 2009 American Business Awards. Genius Kids was rated Best of the East Bay in Services by East Bay Express Publication in 2005 "Most Likely Place to find a Silicon Valley Inventor" and nominated "Best Preschool in Alameda County 2009" KRON 4 Best of the Bay. Genius Kids was selected as "School Like No Other" Documentary series, by the French language Canadian television network TV5 Quebec Canada, which has a partnership with the Paris based TV5 Monde, the second largest network in the world reaching over 207 million households across over 200 countries. The network has greenlighted a documentary series on the most unique schools in the world titled Schools Like No Others. Among the schools in the list are a Kung Fu school in China, bullfighting school in Spain, an etiquette school in Switzerland, a perfumery school in France, a horse racing school in Britain, a school for autistic children in the US and schools for high-potential children in France, among others. A team from the production company Eureka Productions, which is making the documentary, just visited Genius Kids in Fremont to complete these series.

Rennu is invited worldwide to as a motivational speaker and guest to host various events from Women Empowerment Programs, to Fashions Shows and recently was a speaker at the House of Lords in London. She is a popular host on a local radio network, KLOK 1170 AM, "Candid Conversations with Rennu Dhillon", and post Covid-19, for Radio Zindagi as a host and panelist on various local programs. 

When asked about her vision Dhillon responded; "My dream was to create an e-learning site to reach children in every corner of the globe where I could make a difference in their life. A dedicated community activist always supporting charities for women and children, Rennu has been described as "an evolved soul... with a serious mission and goal in life". Described as "a woman of many talents", and a well know San Francisco Bay Area resident & community activist, she has been in the United States since 1986. Her education includes a Bachelor of Science (Honors) Pharmacy & Doctorate of Science in Natural Sciences. She was born & raised in Kenya, East Africa and completed her education in England. Dhillon is a professional emcee, TV Show & Radio Talk Show host.
