Rennu Dhillon, the developer of the Win With Words Curriculum is also the founder of Genius Kids, the National Franchise and Award Winning advanced learning program.

The first Genius Kids center was opened in 2001 in Fremont, California, by Dhillon, a professional public speaker, who had envisioned learning centers that would combine science with public speaking. In no time, due to the demand of her program, Genius Kids progressed into a franchise in Child Care & After School. Today the company boasts 32 open centers, and many more in process. Over the course of time, Dhillon has had many requests for her unique lessons, referred to as recipes, which teach children leadership and public speaking skills. She realized there was a tremendous void in the communication and confidence development areas for children of all ages.  She decided to brand her public speaking curriculum as a license to offer the "best in class" proprietary curriculum to meet and exceed the expectations for early academic achievement and develop leadership in kids. This already exceptional curriculum continues to evolve and improve with each passing year.

With the COVID-19, distance learning and working/learning from "home" has become the trend and will be the new way of life. It is even moreso critical now that children master these important skills of persuasive conversation, develop confidence and the etiquette to present on camera. Leaders are NOT born but created from the desire to stand out and be different.

Her goal is to take Win With Words to every country in the world and become the Pioneer Leader in Public Speaking. Her daughter Sheena has joined the business and is a confident speaker and trainer.
